Who can Apply?

Educational institutions, NGOs, social development organizations, vocational skill training centres, and institutions that are already functioning or are proposed to be established may apply for affiliation with G Care Council to offer structured, certification-oriented, and employment-focused vocational education programmes.

Individuals or institutions having expertise in a specific vocational discipline and the capacity to conduct skill training with the required infrastructure, trainers, operational systems, and learner support may also apply, subject to fulfillment of the recommended eligibility conditions of G Care Council.

Terms and Conditions

The affiliated training centre should keep G Care Council fully informed about the total number of students admitted in each approved course.

The centre must register the particulars of all enrolled students with G Care Council using the prescribed registration process and documentation.

The academic year and course schedule should be followed according to the approved training calendar communicated by G Care Council.

Any change in address or training premises must first be intimated to G Care Council for inspection and approval before implementation.

The institution should conduct only the affiliated full-time or approved programmes and should not conduct unapproved courses under the same recognition.

The name, duration, structure, or certification pattern of the approved course should not be altered without prior written approval.

The centre should submit the profile of all staff members, appointment details, qualifications, and trainer credentials to G Care Council.

Separate attendance registers and academic records for students and staff should be maintained for each course and made available for inspection.

The number of learners in each batch should be maintained within the permissible training capacity and quality standards approved for the centre.

The affiliated centre must follow the syllabus, academic plan, assessment process, and training schedule prescribed by G Care Council.

The institution must function as a dedicated affiliated centre and should not improperly share approved infrastructure, staff, or resources in a manner that affects compliance.

Centres affiliated to G Care Council should conduct only the approved G Care Council courses within the recognized framework unless separate approvals are obtained.

Fees, processing charges, and affiliation-related payments made to G Care Council are subject to applicable rules, conditions, and administrative procedures.

G Care Council retains the right to inspect, monitor, and review the functioning of the affiliated institution whenever required.

Any public communication, course promotion, or advertisement issued by the institution should follow approved norms and should not contain misleading claims.

Affiliation shall be valid for the approved period and may be renewed subject to compliance, inspection, performance review, and continued approval by G Care Council.

How to become the Affiliate of G Care Council?

Application process for seeking Affiliation

Upon enquiries and securing clarity on the affiliation process to become an affiliate, the applicant institution should proceed through the following steps.

  • Submission of duly filled affiliation application form with supporting institutional documents.
  • Initial scrutiny of the application and eligibility review.
  • Submission of the required affiliation processing fee and documentation set.
  • Acknowledgement of the application and registration for further processing.
  • Physical verification or institutional inspection by the G Care Council team.
  • Signing of the memorandum of understanding and compliance acceptance.
  • Grant of affiliation to the institution subject to approval and fulfillment of standards.
